- Installation and Maintenance of Avaya Solutions remotely or on-site.
Maintenance of Avaya solutions at Customer Premises remotely or on-site.Utilizes remote and on-site diagnostic, and resolution tools, documents and capabilities to resolve the implementation, configuration, migration, and operational issues on Avaya projects.
Work closely with PM’s and TDL’s.
Hand over the project to customers and later to the service team, with good quality of communication, documentation and knowledge transfer.
Develop and maintain of all project related documentations
