Job Purpose
a) Place orders confirmed by the manager.
b) Stock in and Itemise stocks received.
c) Distributes stocks to all stores based on entitlement.
d) Perform inter-store transfers.
Key Task
a) Place orders for stocks which need replenishment in order track system. To ensure data accuracy for orders placed.
b) Itemise and distribute stocks to stores according to entitlement set for each stores and product line.
c) Review the distribution report and follow up on the inter-store transfer on a weekly basis.
d) Ensure that stocks are delivered to stores promptly upon receipt from suppliers.
e) Ensure that stocks at HQ are kept within the agreed inventory target.
f) Handle the repair and plating work of the assigned lines. Inform MM of damaged stocks for melting.
g) Manage CMO of the assigned product lines.
h) Generate and deliver price tags to retail floor on the same day wherever a price change takes place.
i) Ensure all exhibition’s stocks are counted and tally with the stock list before and after the exhibition.
j) Ensure that stocks in Exhibition accounts are retagged whenever there is a price revision.
k) Ensure that trade in/ Sales return merchandise is dealt with promptly.
l) Update future payment file for external purchases.
m) Ensure stocks sent to external suppliers for repair/exchange are returned within the agreed time.
n) Any other adhoc duties as per assigned.
