About the role:
If you are curious about hiring top talents in a fast-paced and growing fintech and gain experience in this field, this is a great opportunity. You will be supporting the Head of People with sourcing, attracting, interviewing and closing candidates for all job openings in the region and beyond. You will also get to learn how to work with and manage hiring managers during this process.
What will you be doing?
- Work on employer branding initiatives and to attract applicants such as posting on social media about people and culture in Aspire.
- Write Job Descriptions (JD) and post job on various channels and job boards.
- Manage interview and assessment process and coordinate with candidates and hiring process
- Keep candidate database clean and keep status updated.
- Support recruiting operations, admin tasks and reporting for the recruiting team.
We would love to get to know you if you have the following:
- Graduating or recent graduates with a Bachelor’s degree.
- Extremely organized and detail oriented.
- Strong problem solving, communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Enjoy working with people and getting to know them.
- Be able to commit part-time / full-time for at least 3 months
