Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated candidate who has strong interest in fabrication processes and device characterization. The candidate should have some background in semiconductor and electrical measurements.

  1. To perform electrical measurement of devices and statistical analysis of the data;
  2. To perform device fabrication processes, such as etching, lithography and deposition, in cleanroom environment;
  3. To develop new fabrication processes as needed to achieve required device designs and yields;
  4. To support the maintenance and upgrade of associated instruments and equipment.

The candidate is expected to join a diverse group of scientist and engineers in the research of next generation of memory and logic elements in computer architecture.

Job Requirements:
The candidate should have a Bachelors or Diploma Holder from any of the following (or related) disciplines: Electrical or Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial and Systems Engineering, Materials Science & Engineering, Common Engineering, Physics or Applied Physics. He/she should also be comfortable working within a team and collaborating across within and outside of A*STAR.
