Job Description

Responsibilities:

 Employee Engagement

  • Uphold fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them
  • Act as the point of contact regarding labour legislation issues
  • Manage employees’ grievances
  • Monitor employee progress and stay abreast on company climate and culture, ensuring it stays positive and productive
  • Promote a positive and open work environment where employees feel comfortable speaking up about issues

HR Operations

  • Review and align current HR strategies and policies, current system, structures and work processes
  • Preparation of relevant letters to effect staff movements
  • Prepare headcount reports and participate in salary survey
  • Implement HR Projects and initiatives
  • Handle foreign workers’ work pass related matters
  • Support daily operations of the HR department

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Familiarity with Payroll Software System Experience
  • Good knowledge of Employment Act & PDPA
  • Able to communicate with all levels of stakeholders
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Honest, ethical, and dependable
  • Experienced in mediation and conflict resolution processes
  • Positive, go-getter attitude
  • Expert stress management skills and ability to make important decisions under pressure
  • Attentive listener; understanding, empathetic, and personable
  • Meticulous with a high degree of integrity and demonstrated ability to work in a team
  • Resourceful with good interpersonal skills
  • Able to adapt to multi-tasking and cope with stringent time demand
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite (especially Excel)
  • Experience in managing approx. headcount of 300
  • 4 years of HR Generalist experience
  • Diploma in Human Resources Management
