Job Description
Responsibilities:
Employee Engagement
- Uphold fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them
- Act as the point of contact regarding labour legislation issues
- Manage employees’ grievances
- Monitor employee progress and stay abreast on company climate and culture, ensuring it stays positive and productive
- Promote a positive and open work environment where employees feel comfortable speaking up about issues
Compensation & Benefit
- Upholding performance review procedures

- Statutory submissions
- Government claims (Government paid leaves, grants etc)
- Leave & Attendance Management
HR Operations
- Review and align current HR strategies and policies, current system, structures and work processes
- Preparation of relevant letters to effect staff movements
- Prepare headcount reports and participate in salary survey
- Implement HR Projects and initiatives
- Handle foreign workers’ work pass related matters
- Support daily operations of the HR department
Requirements:
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Familiarity with Payroll Software System Experience
- Good knowledge of Employment Act & PDPA
- Able to communicate with all levels of stakeholders
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Honest, ethical, and dependable
- Experienced in mediation and conflict resolution processes
- Positive, go-getter attitude
- Expert stress management skills and ability to make important decisions under pressure
- Attentive listener; understanding, empathetic, and personable
- Meticulous with a high degree of integrity and demonstrated ability to work in a team
- Resourceful with good interpersonal skills
- Able to adapt to multi-tasking and cope with stringent time demand
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite (especially Excel)
- Experience in managing approx. headcount of 300
- 4 years of HR Generalist experience
- Diploma in Human Resources Management
