Role Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy: Formulate and execute social media strategies that reflect our Academy's commitment to culinary excellence and education. Focus on key platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Little Red Book) to strengthen our online presence and engage with a diverse audience, including culinary students and enthusiasts.
Content Creation and Management: Create and oversee diverse and compelling content (text, images, videos) that highlights our culinary programs and initiatives. Collaborate with the design and content teams to produce visually striking and brand-aligned social media assets. Maintain a consistent posting schedule to ensure timely campaign implementation.
Social Media Campaigns: Design and implement social media campaigns to increase brand visibility, engage users, and enhance conversions. Establish clear campaign objectives, target specific audiences, and set metrics for success measurement.
Community Engagement: Cultivate a lively and interactive online community. Engage actively with followers by responding to comments, addressing inquiries, and managing feedback in a timely manner. Utilize user-generated content to foster community involvement and enhance brand presence.
Influencer and Partnership Collaboration: Identify and collaborate with influencers and partners to maximize campaign reach and impact. Monitor performance metrics to gauge the effectiveness of these collaborations.
Brand Monitoring and Reputation Management: Keep a close watch on online discussions related to our brand, courses, and services. Proactively manage customer feedback and address potential issues promptly and professionally.
Role Requirements:
