======= Job Scope =======

The intern will work with the Finance and Admin department and will perform the following tasks:

•       Assist in Finance daily duties – issuance of cheques, bank errands, etc.

•       Assist in database updates for HR files –  leave records

•       Maintain and assist with all general filings/correspondences

•       Perform other incidental clerical duties such as receiving and sorting mails, handle telephone enquiries, order of pantry supplies & stationeries and attend to walk-in vendors, visitors and customers, etc.

•       Any other ad hoc tasks as and when required

======= Job requirements =======

We are looking for students from the field of Accountancy and/or Business, especially individuals with the following qualities:

•       Able to multi-task with a positive attitude

•       Meticulous, resourceful, pro-active and responsible

•       Good command of English and written communications skills

•       Good knowledge and familiar with Microsoft Office and Excel

•       Good personality and able to work independently with initiative

•       Singaporeans or Singapore PR preferred
