Coordinator cum Trainer 

Job Description

 This position reports to director and liaise with Government agencies, NGOs and Corporates clients. Jojomama is a social enterprise that aim to create greater public awareness for the Special needs adults community by engaging public and Inclusive Businesses. We are looking to expand and recruit employees who are socially responsible and willing to work with the underprevileged community, empowering them with skills to move on in life. We provide Craft skill training, empowerment, continuous improvement for all our employees.

Responsibilities

Organize workshop and training on craft making ( in house training will be provided)

Able to independently complete the process and produce finished products satisfactorily before guiding and training the clients

Quality control of production process of clients and finished products

Prepare workshop materials either at on-site or off-site premise

Provide administrative support to daily operations work

Liasion, reception and scheduling of client’s workshop and training schedule, respond to customer’s enquiries

Coordinate on purchases, delivery and Operations matters

Assist director in adminstrative liasion with government agencies, NGOs and Corporates clients.

Monitor, report and manage deadlines and KPI set

All other job duties as assigned

 Competancies

1.Well verse with Microsoft office

2. Good command of English

3. Able to work with Marketplace and E-commerce platform (training provided)

4. Keen interest to learn skills in craft making (training provided)

5. Able to assist, teach and organise workshop

6. Interested to work with Special needs and people with disability.
