ATHOS performance is a new trendy physiotherapy clinic located in the heart of Orchard and set to launch mid October 2021 (Currently working out of different location)
We are looking for a high energy, passionate and responsible individual to help manage our admin and reception side. You'll be working in a fun, cool environment with many growth opportunities which we can discuss as a part of your onboarding. We are also looking for someone with some social medial/ marketing experience but if not don't stress we can figure it out together!

- Book and manage patient appointments (rebooking, rescheduling and cancellations)
- Answer all phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Respond to incoming patient whatsapp, email and phone enquiries
- Collect and maintain patient information on file.
- Take payment after patient appointment and manage account books
- Maintain premise of the clinic and front desk ensuring everything is clean and tidy
- In charge of social media marketing
- Managing and assisting in CEO's day to day activities and task
- Adhoc duties
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Healthcare - Nurse/Medical Support & Assistant or equivalent.
