*Position*: Part-Time Front of House

*Job Summary*:
As a part-time receptionist at our physiotherapy clinic, you will be the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure the efficient functioning of the clinic.
*Responsibilities*:
1. *Patient Interaction*:
- Greet patients warmly, check them in, and assist with paperwork.
- Schedule appointments, manage cancellations, and confirm upcoming visits.
- Answer phone calls/whatsapp and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
2. *Administrative Support*:
- Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
- Handle billing, insurance verification, and payment processing.
- Manage clinic emails and correspondence.
3. *Clinic Coordination*:
- Coordinate with physiotherapists to schedule appointments and allocate treatment rooms.
- Keep the waiting area clean and organized.
- Ensure the clinic is well-stocked with necessary supplies.
4. *Patient Information*:
- Educate patients on clinic policies, procedures, and services offered.
- Assist patients with completing necessary forms and documents.
5. *Team Collaboration*:
- Work closely with other clinic staff to provide a cohesive patient experience.
- Communicate patient needs and concerns to the clinical team.
6. *Problem Solving*:
- Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and issues professionally and efficiently.
- Resolve scheduling conflicts and address any administrative challenges.
*Qualifications*:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a healthcare or clinic setting preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer software and electronic health records systems.
- Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Compassion, empathy, and a customer-focused attitude.
*Salary*: $9 to $15 per hour
