Job description
The ideal candidate will develop and execute a promotional marketing plan, including advertising and digital marketing to maximize awareness and attendance with a variety of business development and marketing tasks to execute new strategies to grow our business and user base. This includes engaging with our current and future customers actively so we can better understand and cater to their needs.
Responsibilities
- Drive market growth through the acquisition and management of partnership leads
- Help to manage end to end event experience including strategy, sales and marketing efforts, and on-ground experience
- Grow our user base on various social media platforms and increase awareness of Aunty
- Frequent collaboration and involvement in campaigns
- Understand consumer insights quickly to drive acquisition and growth metrics
Qualifications
- Ability to come up with creative ideas to attract our target audience through different aspects of marketing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated, dedicated, hands-on and willing to go the extra mile
- Superb communication and influencing skills to work with different users and stakeholders
