Job Description

Digital Marketing Role (Intern to Fulltime)

 

Business Development Role (Internship) :-

  • Planning and monitoring the ongoing firm presence on social media
  • Using online and social media tools to increase the firm's brand
  • Active involvement in SEO efforts (keyword and image optimisation etc.)
  • Prepare online newsletters and promotional materials and organise distribution through various online media channel
  • Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website or social media platform
  • Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using online analytic tools
  • Ensures brand consistency in marketing and social media messages by working company management
  • Potential to convert to permanent role

Business Development Role (Permanent) :-


  • Acquiring new accounts and partnership through market research
  • Responsible for creation of new listings as well as carrying out quality check to ensure it is in line with Regulatory Requirements.
  • Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
  • Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
  • Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
  • Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
  • Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
  • Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met
  • Work with Business Development Director and Manager

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree in Marketing / Business / Accounting
  • Good follow up and committed individual to success in this role
  • Prefer experience working with Health industry / Lawyer / PE firm / Accounting firm previously
  • Well connected with Doctors / High Network Clients / SMEs
  • High-level communication skills
  • Proven ability to negotiate & closing skills
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills
  • Strong work ethic; professional, approachable, result orientated and proactive
  • Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy
  • Conflict resolution
  • Self-motivate and result driven individual
  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
