Aural Aid – Business Development (With Share Options)

As a Business Development Associate, you will lead the sales development locally and globally under the wing of a Director. You will learn the ropes methodologically through sales, project management, and research and development.

1. Local/Global Market
   • Familiarise with product range
   • Facilitate clientele comprising architects, designers, main contractors• Present to clients architectural acoustics
   • Oversee global operations
   • Tender contract sales ranging from $10k - $5MM
   • Manage sales team
2. Research & Development
   1. Carry out market research analysis in global market 2. Product Development
   • Consolidate product feedback from clients and end-users
   • Liaise with overseas manufacturers to ensure quality compliance

Programme Schedule

1. Induction Test (3 weeks): Business Development Trainees will undergo a rigorous leadership test during the induction period. All trainees will experience technical training in product design, manufacturing, basic architectural drawing, and contract supervision. Business Development Trainees who pass the induction test will graduate as Sales Analysts.
2. Leadership Training (6 months): With in-depth knowledge in product technicalities, Business Development Associates will undertake responsibilities of sales and project management to develop strong understanding of products and functioning of projects.
   
3. Sales Analyst Deployment (1 year): Having received both technical and leadership training in the past 9- months, you will now be ready to fulfil your role as a Business Development Associates. On top of your fundamental roles, you will initiate market research and product development, and participate in making key decisions in the company. Your strengths in sales and market analysis will eventually shape the company's future.

  Remuneration
• Basic Salary: All employees will receive a basic salary depending on performance.
• Commission: You will also receive a performance based commission on top of the basic salary
