Overview:
As a Sales/ Business Development Manager in the field of Asset Management, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and expansion of the company's Assets Under Management (AUM) by identifying and nurturing potential clients, developing strategic partnerships, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. Your primary objective will be to generate new business opportunities and increase revenue streams for the asset management firm.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve sales targets in line with company objectives.
Manage a team of business development professionals, providing leadership, guidance, and support to optimize performance and achieve team goals.
Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients, including institutional investors, high-net-worth individuals, and other stakeholders in the gold investment community.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and competitive threats within the gold asset management industry.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored investment solutions and value propositions that meet the needs of prospective clients.
Lead the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and deal closure.
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or sales roles within the asset management industry.
Candidates from Financial, Banking (premium banking or corporate banking), and Real Estate background will also be considered.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics (Master's degree preferred).
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and asset management services.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel as needed.
