Attachment Description:

We are looking for a Design Executive who is a skilled professional who employs an array of materials, such as precious metals, gems, stones and crystals, to create ornaments for the ears, neck, hands, fingers, feet and toes. He/She would diagnose the jewellery designs needs for clients, and work along side the jewellery craftsman to ensure that the jewellery design is crafted out correctly. Striving for service excellence and brand ambassadorship, he/she also seeks for customer satisfaction not only in his/her jewellery designs, but also in customer relations.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Production design of jewellery & gemstones
• Production issuance
• Photography of jewellery & gemstones
• Perform needs analysis and alignment for customer designs
• Be an ambassador of our company brand
• Manage relations with various stakeholders (customers, craftsmen, subcontractors)

Job Requirements:

• Knowledge in jewellery & gemstones not necessary - just have the passion to learn!
• Proficiency in media editing software (eg Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Past work experience in retail would be a plus

• Dynamic to meet new people and customers.
