Auto Insure was established back in 2014 as a general repair and maintenance vehicle workshop.
We started with a team of car lovers with ample knowledge in our own strengths and had been in the automotive industry since 2009 as General Insurance provider, claims consultancy and the right inclusion of an experienced panel beater, Auto Insure was launched.
Responsibilities
– Handle all aspects of the reception (including answering queries about services, check-ins) and customer relations.
– Create quotations, schedule customer deliveries and work with suppliers on costings.
– Ensure our customers feel satisfied with our response to their queries, and comfortable with leaving their cars in our hands.
ThE ideal candidate is flexible, well-organised, with an eye for detail, and has lots of initiative.
He/she is a multi-tasker who thrives in a team environment but is also able to work independently.
He/she has excellent interpersonal skills including exceptional customer service.
The candidate must also be conscientious, reliable, and have a good sense of humour! Must be able to converse in English. Any additional languages are for your benefit.
No experience necessary as on-the-job training will be provided.
