Key Responsibilities
• Respond to online enquiry from website, Facebook and Whatsapp
• Handle sales leads and arrange appointments
• Assist sales team to track and monitor leads
• Create quotation, invoice for sales and track payments
• Coordinate and schedule electrician/installers
• Inventory tracking and place orders from suppliers
• Performs any other adhoc non sales related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor
• Will be trained to take on actual customer facing technical sales where extra commission can be made
