AV Intelligence
Part-Time Accounting Executive
You will be part of the operation team to assist and support accounting functions to ensure proper recording of financial transactions and compliance with governance and statutory requirements. Key responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
- Following up - checking, raising, obtaining signature through relevant teams- on delivery notes and filing
- Based on deliveries/ delivery note, draft tax invoice and send for approval
- Timely maintain and update price files on systems, price tags, price books on systems
- Timely record supplier invoices onto our accounting system and verify the prices against quotes to liaise with internal team, vendors to resolve discrepancy or request credit notes.
- Liaise with various departments and external parties to ensure 1) all invoices and 2) collections are accurately inputted to the accounting system with required supporting documents.
- Periodically prepare collection forecast report
- Periodically prepare payment forecast report
- Review Expense claims raised by employee are accurate with required support documents and related booking details are correct- GST, customer assignment, and related DNs or SRs are attached.
- Liaise with various departments to ensure all information and documents are properly collated in files
- Ensure all data entries are updated on-time and accurately on Xero.
- Checking of supplier SOA with our records before payments
- Maintaining price files on our various systems
- Audit monthly stock-take
- Maintain proper filing of documents for audit.
- Ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirement:
- Minimum two-three year working experience.
- Organized, meticulous and hand-on
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint
- Keen to learn.
- Team player
- Patience in communication
