Job Description

Installation Manager manages team of installers who are responsible for installation. Schedules and oversees the installations. Installation Manager typically reports to Project Manager. The Installation Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in installation management or a related field

• Proven track record of successfully managing installation projects

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Experience in installation of equipment and systems

• Knowledge of installation guidelines and procedures

• Familiarity with safety and quality standards

• Proficient in use of relevant software and tools

• Familiarity with installation tools and equipment

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to meet strict deadlines

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work in a team environment

• Strong, planning and reporting skills;

• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with both internal and external customers;

• Strong decision making and analytical abilities;

• Must be organized and detail oriented;

• Self-motivated with the ability to motivate and influence others;
