System Analyst

Responsibilities

 Maintaining and supporting middle to large systems, used by 300 users.

 Investigation of system issues and providing resolutions.

 Performs deployment of fixes, patches, etc.

 Assist in upgrading existing systems as required

 Assist in gathering of requirements and providing test cases for the solutions

 Risk mitigation planning

 Creating system guidelines and manuals for the organisation

 Running training sessions and workshops on system processes

 Conducting regular reviews of systems and generating reports on efficiencies and improvement areas

 Structuring and prioritising business requirements and communicating plans with stakeholders for review and approval

 Ensure compliance of data management, access control and usage with organization data governance policy

 Training of users

 Any other adhoc duties to ensure smooth operation of systems

Requirements

 Bachelor degree in a technical discipline, with emphasis on Computer Science/ Computer Engineering/ Electrical Engineering

 Great individual performer as well as contributor in a team

 High level written and communication skills

 Critical and Analytical thinking ability

 Strong problem solving capability

 Knowing SQL queries is a must.

 Knowledgeable in Laboratory processes will be advantageous

 Able to work under pressure

 At least 3 years of experience in the same field
