Requirements:
As this should be L2 6+ years exp / L3 Support 8+ years exp
Database: HANA, MS-SQL
Operations: 24x7
Responsibilities:
• Database Incident management, Event Management, Outage Management & Service Request Management
• Root Cause Analysis
• Support standard/non-standard Build activities
• Provide Database support to RDBMS such as HANA Database
• Supporting Backup & Recovery
• Alert handling and optimization
• Decommissioning of system/server as needed.
Candidate will work remotely from home.
Need CAT2A Clearance candidate
