Diploma/Degree in IT or equivalent experience with Linux/MCSE/Unix Certification(s).
Must have knowledge and working experience of Linux, preferably 2+ years hands-on experience in system administration for production systems.
Experience in OS patching and upgrade, system security, OS virtualization, HA/clustering, replication, backup and recovery techniques.
Working experience in networking (TCP/IP), physical hardware and/or storage systems.
Knowledge and hands-on experience of Unix (Solaris or AIX or other Unix) will be advantageous.
Knowledge and working experience of apache http web server, middleware WebSphere/JBOSS/Tomcat/IIS, MQ, etc. will be advantageous.
Knowledge and experiences in Integrated Security Access Management software such as IBM ISAM will be advantageous. Knowledge and experience of JDBC and Databases (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL) will be advantageous.
Knowledge of Cloud, Docker, Kubernetes, DevOps will be advantageous
. Good working attitude, self-motivator and team player.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision
