Roles & Responsibilities:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant Marketing Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, increase customer engagement, and boost sales revenue.
- Conducting market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and behaviors. Thereafter, provide insights and data to aid in the creation and implementation of marketing strategies.
- Supports the Marketing Manager in creating comprehensive marketing plans that align with the company's overall business objectives. Such as, identifying target audiences, crafting effective messaging, and selecting appropriate marketing channels.
- Coordinating marketing activities such as events, promotions, and advertising campaigns, which includes working with external vendors and internal teams to ensure that activities are executed smoothly and timely.
- Assist in creating engaging marketing content such as social media posts, email campaigns, blog articles, and product brochures tailored to the needs of the target audience.
- Track and analyze the success of marketing campaigns using various metrics such as website traffic, conversion rates, and customer feedback.
- Work closely with the Sales Team to provide them with the necessary marketing materials, training, and support, which includes conducting product training sessions and creating sales collateral such as presentations and brochures.
Requirements:
This role requires a creative thinker with a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record of success in marketing.
- Degree in business, marketing, communications or related field
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in marketing
- Track record of successful marketing campaigns and initiatives that have resulted in increased brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Strong project management skills
- Proficient in using marketing tools and software, such as Google Analytics, social media management platforms, and email marketing platforms.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
