Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced QA Professional to join our team. Reporting to the GM, you will be the Management Representative for Aventis Graduate School. You will work closely with the Senior Management to achieve an Education Excellence Framework and. oversee all QA related matters required by the Committee of Private Education (CPE).

  • Coordinates and manages quality audits, both internal and external, to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Analyzes data and performance metrics to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in the quality management system.
  • Review and establish an Education Excellence Framework that covers all standards and procedures to ensure compliance with CPE and Skillsfuture
  • Review, maintain and update documentation of all systems, procedures and processes to ensure that it is kept up to date with any changes and developments introduced by CPE.
  • Identify areas for improvement and work closely with each department to ensure the implementation and enhancement of systems, policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Develop, plan and conduct quality standards related training for Aventis staff where required.
  • Benchmarking Planning & Implementation of Corporate Governance, Compliance and risk management framework

Requirements:

This role requires a strong understanding of quality assurance principles, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

  • Degree holder with minimum 3 years of QA experience, preferably in the Education or Training industry
  • Strong knowledge of CPE Framework and Criterion
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify root causes of quality issues and develop effective solutions.
