Roles & Responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced Edutrust Quality Assurance Executive to join our team. As an Edutrust Quality Assurance Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with the Edutrust certification requirements, conducting audits, and implementing quality assurance processes to ensure the highest standards of education and student protection.

• Review and establish an Education Excellence Framework that covers all standards and procedures to ensure compliance with CPE and Skillsfuture
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of quality assurance processes, audits, and findings.
• Identify areas for improvement and work closely with each department to ensure the implementation and enhancement of systems, policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Conduct regular internal audits to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Verify that any corrective and preventive actions implemented are adequate.

Requirements:

This role requires a strong understanding of quality assurance principles, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

• Degree holder with minimum 2 years of QA experience
• Familiarity with the Edutrust certification framework and its principles.
• Experience in conducting audits and implementing quality assurance processes in an educational institution or similar environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify root causes of quality issues and develop effective solutions.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
