Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Developing comprehensive marketing plans that align with the company's overall business objectives through conducting market research, identifying target audiences, and creating messages that resonate with them.
  • Crafting engaging and informative marketing content such as blog posts, social media posts, email campaigns, and product brochures tailored to the needs and preferences of the target audience.
  • Conduct market research to identify market trends, customer preferences, and potential new product opportunities in order to develop effective marketing strategies.
  • Track and analyse the success of marketing campaigns and educational programs using various metrics such as website traffic, conversion rates, and customer feedback.
  • Responsible for recruitment and enrollment of learners
  • Provide consultation to prospective learners (Virtual / In-Person)

Requirements

  • Polytechnic diploma or bachelor's degree (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
  • Customer-centric mindset
  • Highly motivated and driven.
  • Meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the education sector.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
