Aventis Graduate School Pte. Ltd. – Sales Support Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide timely and ad-hoc administrative support to the Sales Team.
• Build good interpersonal relationships with customers by responding to their queries and complaints, and ensuring their needs are met.
• Lead generation, qualification, and tracking of prospects through making calls or sending emails to potential customers.
• Conduct market research to gather information on competitors and potential customers, and analyze the data to provide insights to the sales team.
• Clear knowledge and understanding of the products and services offered by Aventis to help the Sales Team provide information to customers.
• Coordinating with the Marketing, Customer Success departments to ensure smooth communication and collaboration in achieving sales goals.

Requirements:

• Polytechnic diploma or bachelor degree (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Customer-centric mindset
• Highly organised and proactive
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Proficient in telecommunication and email correspondence
• Possess administrative skills such as managing sales databases, creating sales reports, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence with clients
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
