Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

We are looking for a result-oriented Programme Consultant to join our team. As a Programme Consultant, you will be responsible for providing programme guidance and support to potential students in selecting and enrolling in the right courses to meet their educational and career goals.

  • Drive programme growth by meeting and exceeding sales target
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through callings, emails and whatsapp communication
  • Provide professional consultation to assist prospective students in making informed choices
  • Prepare and deliver programme previews for prospective students
  • Support and participate in marketing campaigns, recruitment and corporate outreach activities
  • Engage university partners in exploring ways to improve programme quality and value propositions

Requirements:

This role requires excellent communication skills, strong sales and customer service abilities, and a keen understanding of educational programs.

  • Diploma/Degree Holders (ideally with minimum 2 years experience in education, marketing, training or sales)
  • Passion in education and training industry
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to communicate effectively with stakeholders, trainers and learners about the value of the educational programmes.
  • Ability to build interpersonal relationships in order to collaborate with others, and work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong time management skills, such as the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to adapt to changing sales and marketing strategies and requirements.
