Job Description

As a Management Trainee in our restaurant, you will assist your Restaurant Manager and train in the full suite of restaurant operations which includes people management, best delivering of customer service, target setting, budget planning, driving marketing campaigns, managing stock control and quality assurance.

You will spend six to eight months learning the basics of our restaurant operations under a well-planned and developed training programme. Once you master the workings of key positions in the restaurant, you will be given increasing levels of management responsibility and training in preparation for a series of successive promotions. With our rigorous training and development programme, you will be ready to manage your own restaurant in as little as three years.

  • Receive training and perform duties in various divisions on Company’s operations such as Service Department, Kitchen Department, Supporting Function Department etc
  • Rotate positions in the various sections within the restaurant to have a deep and thorough knowledge of the restaurant operation
  • Coaching from experienced employees to acquire information about methods, procedures, and standards
  • Acknowledge and achieve performance goals and objectives defined by the Management
  • Consistently monitor individual performance and progression with your superior and management
  • Set new goals and objectives with the Management for your progression
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management
