Job Description
Work Scope
- Provide quality customer service by answering inbound calls/emails
- Attending to enquiries/complaints and follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction
- Escalation of cases which require follow up
- Provide accurate product and service information to customers
- Ensure proper closure of individual customer cases
- Other duties as assigned by Supervisors
