Job Description
- Monitor & analyze system performance in accordance to the prescribed processes and procedures
- Identify & dispatch Field technicians to affected stations island wide
- Perform data mining & preparation of technical reports
- List and analyze cases, escalate to relevant department if necessary
- Suggest appropriate solutions and direct unresolved issues to alternative resources
- Assist with building management duties when required
Job Requirements:
Minimum GCE "N"/"O" levels, Higher Nitec/Nitec in any industry Possess good computer skills mainly Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerpointControl Centre/Dispatcher background with analytical skills is an added advantagePleasant personality, able to work and communicate well with different levelsRequire to work on shift, including PH & weekends where assignedNo experiencee required, training will be provided
