As a Regional HR Intern, you will report to the MD, where you will be involved in engaging the employees and maintaining an exciting employee experience throughout their time in AYP.
In this role, you will also be actively involved in regional projects and communication with key stakeholders across the region.
Job Responsibilities
- Strategic HR Projects
- Talent acquisition across South East Asia
- Processing payroll and CPF contribution
- Manage end to end onboarding process, preparation of LOAs and welcome kits for new hires and gathering of mandatory employee documents
• Conduct and organise quarterly employee engagement surveys
• Other ad-hoc HR activities
• Update and manage Juztalent HRIS
• Maintain and update the Employee Handbook
Intern will demonstrate strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
