Brand & Marketing Team Lead (Career Opportunity / Manage Regional Marketing)


Summary

We are looking for an experienced Brand & Marketing Team Lead who is passionate about managing the brand in a dynamic & fast-paced environment, able to generate strategies that grow market share and brands reputation, improve customer experience and drive growth.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the company GM for brand directives, sales strategies and marketing initiatives;
• Analyse how the brand is positioned in the local market, translate locally adapted brand strategies into marketing and sales plans;
• Lead creative digital marketing plans, to create motivating stimulus to get sales leads
• Responsible to formulate & control marketing budget and other related marketing expenses
• Provide leadership & coaching to get the best from every team member;
• Able to anticipate bottlenecks, do regular brainstorming with the team with innovative growth strategies.

Requirements
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant hands-on experience (Digital Marketing is a must) from any industries - HR/Tech/IT industries will be a bonus
• Driven for results and good leaderships skills;
• Highly creative with ability to think out of box;
• Experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform and motivate;
• Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices.
