Traineeship Description:
This position reports to the Assistant Director, Customer Experience and will assist her in onboarding new clients.
Specific Responsibitilies:
- Establish and secure the connection with newly onboard clients
- Ensure clients go through a smooth transition from their old system to our new system
- Provide training for our clients on how to fully utilise our system
- Inculcate trust in clients through excellent customer service skills
- Actively follow up with clients post sale, and work with them to resolve their difficulties
- Constantly learn from our clients' feedback to improve company's services and products
Competencies:
1. How to collaborate with a team of IT professionals to cater to clients’ needs such as features/customisations using our in-house HRIS, JuzTalent
2. Manage working under pressure while given deadline to complete tasks/projects
3. How to provide excellent customer service skills
4. Gain experience and technical knowledge with our in-house HRIS, JuzTalent
Education Qualifications Required for the Traineeship Role:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Information Technology or related
Eligibility Criteria for SGUnitedTraineeships:
•Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident; and
a. Graduated or graduating in calendar year 2019 or 2020 from ITEs, polytechnics, universities, or other educational institutions (e.g. private universities and overseas institutions); or
b. Graduated earlier from above institutions and completed National Service in 2019 or 2020.
