- To establish and secure the connection with newly onboard clients.
- To ensure clients have a smooth transition from their old system to our new system.
- To provide training for clients on our system
- To have a keen eye for identifying clients’ problems and needs, and work actively with them to resolve their difficulties.
- To inculcate trust in clients through excellent customer service skills.
- Constantly learning and updating on the company’s products and services
Qualification required:
- Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese is preferred.
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel
- Responsible and customer-oriented
- Effective communicator and a great problem solver
- Cheerful, able to multi-task and work under stress
