· To establish and secure the connection with newly onboard clients.
· To ensure clients have a smooth transition from their old system to our new system.

· To inculcate trust in clients through excellent customer service skills.
Qualification required:
· Willing to speak with clients over the phone
· Good command of spoken and written English is preferred
· Familiar with Microsoft Excel
· Responsible and customer-oriented
· Effective communicator and a great problem solver
· Cheerful, able to multi-task and work under stress
