AZ Investment Management Singapore Ltd. – Fund Management Accounts & Admin Intern

Responsibilities:

Fund Compliance & Accounts

• Assist in accounting and administration of Fund Management and Wealth Management 
• Perform trade, positions and bank account reconciliation
• Reporting periodic AUM and P&L, draft annual financial statements
• Assist in annual audits

Office Administration

• Purchasing of admin supplies and any other miscellaneous items, etc
• Handling interoffice and overseas courier services, postage and mailing of corporate letters and opening of letter boxes
• Assist in arranging managers & director's oversea business trip
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by managers

Requirements:

• Diploma in accountancy or finance or equivalent
• Polytechnic and University Students on vacation are welcome
• Knowledge of MS Office (especially Word & Excel)
• Highly organised and great attention to details
• Good critical thinking and analytical mindset
• Willing to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good time discipline 
• Flexible work attitude with strong initiative
• Possess strong work ethic and be a team player
