Job Description

Compliance

  • Conduct KYC/AML checks on new clients & employees
  • Make AML / KYC assessment as required and assist in day-to-day AML monitoring;
  • Perform ongoing review on current clients, day to day AML monitoring
  • Helping the Director of Compliance with annual compliance training
  • Assist the Compliance Director on any potential regulatory or Compliance issues;
  • Keeping up with any change in laws and regulations
  • Prepare regulatory filings and application including product registration and license application
  • Assist in implementing and monitoring the company’s Risk Management Framework
  • Assist in preparing/updating company manuals, Risk Management Framework and SOPs
  • Support Compliance and business initiatives;
  • Conduct Compliance trainings;
  • Assist in internal and external audit

Trade Operations

  • Perform pre and post-trade monitoring of investment guidelines
  • Update Prive System daily
  • Upload fund trades into custodian systems
  • Maintain cash management & securities records
  • Review sales and marketing collaterals;
  • Other Ad hoc projects/tasks as directed by Compliance Director or Operations Manager.

Administration

  • Answer phone and receive guest
  • Order stationery, groceries, distilled water
  • Liaise with cleaner on the supplies required
  • Arrange meeting for Marco
  • Make travel arrangement for staff (if required)
  • Collect mails and sort all mails according to RMs and correct dept.

Job Requirements

  • Post-secondary diploma holders with at least 2 years of working experience.
  • Highly organised and great attention to details.
  • Good critical thinking and analytical mindset.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be willing to undergo re-training for compliance qualification.
  • Good time discipline and serious work attitude
  • Flexible attitude/willingness to work, with strong initiative
  • Possess strong work ethic and be a team player
