Description

Students will be part of HR Department where they will learn and acquire the fundamental of various HR functions.

Job Description

  • Support in data analysis to gain in-depth understanding of HR Analytics
  • Involve in the recruitment process where intern will be given opportunity to understand the recruitment process, identifying job requirements and assist in resume screenings
  • Coordination of job interview arrangements
  • Drafting of HR & Admin flow charts, standard procedures and updating of polices and guidelines
  • Updating of HR Candidate Database
  • Prepare corporate HR/ Training presentations and any other required support for training and administrative matters
  • Assist in monitoring and maintaining of staff attendance records
  • Provide support in day-to-day HR duties
