Baby Central Singapore – eCommerce Marketing and Operations Intern

We currently have a small team focused on growing this platform and we are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about e-commerce and can support our team. From management of orders, inventory management to digital marketing, you will have first-hand experience on how to manage an e-commerce platform.

Your role will include:

• Managing daily e-commerce order fulfilment (on Lazada, Shopee and website), order picking & packing
• Liaising with our courier services
• Inventory management (e.g. stock taking, managing aging stock)
• Providing customer service for any in-store pick ups
• Ensuring that website content is displayed correctly and liaising with the team to amend any errors
• Social media content creator: supporting our social media manager to create fun, creative and informative content (e.g. Instagram reels and videos)
• Assist in planning strategic marketing initiatives to engage our parenting community
• Should be able to commit to at least 4 hours (9-1pm) on weekdays.

• Able to work independently
• Strong spoken and written English communication skills
• Organised and responsive
• Proficient in Excel
• Passionate about creating engaging social media content on Instagram and Tiktok
