Job Description

Order and invoice processing :
Ensure smooth customers order processing checking in the system within 24 h by making sure that orders are compliant with standards, in order that factory could launch the ordered production.
Ensure invoice issuance to final customers, once physical shipment from the plant is performed, by controlling in the system and/or gathering the data from the plant.

Production and lead time control :
Ensure timely delivery of orders from plants to destination by checking “back orders” and “open orders” in the plants on daily basis and take appropriate action.


Ensure that customer are aware of modified “confirmed delivery date” (via SAP or mail) for them to organize market distribution accordingly.
Ensure that customers approve any modifications in “requested shipping date” prior SAP data entry in order to reconcile market requirement and operations constraints.


Gather, challenge and proceed data entry on received information from the plants about “reason” and “origin” of delayed orders, to generate accurate KPI’s and analysis to the supply chain directors, manufacturing directors and customers.
