Bacsitamly – Graphic Designer

ESSENTIAL – includes qualifications, skills, experience, and knowledge

• Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
• Portfolio of design projects and web projects (eg. brand identity, logos, banners, posters, web UI/UX)
• Knowledge of wireframe/prototype tools (e.g. Figma)
• Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Ability to analyze and create user research and user personnel for App
• Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
• Good time-management skills

UI/UX Creation 

• Plan and implement new designs 
• Optimize existing user interface designs
• Test for intuitivity and experience on both App and Web
• Communicate with Alpha Impact team to understand our business goals and objectives
• Develop technical and business requirements and always strive to deliver intuitive and user-centered solutions
• Combine creativity with an awareness of the design elements
• Create prototypes for new product ideas
• Test new ideas before implementing 
• Conduct ongoing user research and user personnel

Design 

• Proven UI designing experience for web and mobile applications
• Have worked on Brand identity elements like logos, typography, colors, packaging
• A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics 
• Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma)
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
