Roles & Responsibilities:
• Assist in developing and executing new business opportunities through market research and analysis
• Maintaining of Shopee, Tik-Tok shop and Baker's Brew e-commerce platform
• Monitor industry trends to identify new opportunities for growth
• Assist the sales team in proposal preparation on sales packages and ideas.
• Assist with customer enquiries
• Support marketing initiatives by being involved with content for social media campaigns, email campaigns, and other marketing materials
• General support to our sales and business development team
