Started back in 2015 with a humble beginning of the love and passion for baking, Baker’s Brew wanted to share this zeal for baking with the community around the neighbourhood of Sembawang, Singapore. Since then, we have grown to be the Leading Cake Shop & Bakery in Singapore.
We're looking for a creative and self-motivated individual ready to gain hands-on experience in marketing, design and editing, e-commerce, and sales. If you’re excited by a dynamic work environment and eager to build experience, we’d love to connect!
Responsibilities:
- Support the Marketing Team in daily and adhoc tasks
- Assist in content curation, editing, designing, photography, and videography for all social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc)
- Assist in developing and executing new business opportunities through market research and analysis
- Maintain Shopee, TikTok, and Baker's Brew e-commerce platforms
- Monitor industry trends to identify new opportunities for growth
- Assist the sales team in preparation on sales packages and ideas
- Ensure all engagements on social media and Google reviews are addressed
- General support to our sales and business development team
- Support various business verticals to ensure marketing requests are handled
All other ad hoc duties
We think you'll fit in great with us if you:
- Are an undergraduate pursuing a Polytechnic diploma or Bachelor's programme
- Have experience in photography, image editing, and design
- Have basic knowledge in Canva, Adobe Creative Suites (Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, or other relevant editing programs)
- Are passionate about Sales and Marketing
- Are creative & love to explore new ideas
- Love food (especially cakes!)
- Have some knowledge about video editing
- Have an understanding of the latest social media trends
