Job Description
- Assist in the preparation and baking of a variety of breads, cakes, and pastries.
- Learn and follow recipes and production techniques under the guidance of experienced bakers.
- Measure, mix, and prepare ingredients according to bakery standards.
- Observe and participate in the dough fermentation, shaping, and baking processes.
- Assist with decorating cakes and pastries, including frosting, piping, and garnishing.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring adherence to food safety and sanitation standards.
- Support the team with inventory management, including tracking ingredient usage and restocking supplies as needed.
- Participate in daily operations, including setting up and cleaning workstations and equipment.
