Job Description

The Ban Choon internship programme offers a unique opportunity for a polytechnic/university undergraduate to gain exposure to a SME which is undergoing a business transformation process – you will be involved in projects that allow you to build your resume and develop your technical and interpersonal skills.

 

HR internship

You will be provided with challenging Human resource projects in the area of

  • training needs analysis and functional area training plan;
  • Resign of organisation chart that meet organisational goals
  • re-crafting job descriptions, KPI and career development framework;
  • Staff level and salary benchmarking;
  • HR digitalisation and
  • any ad hoc HR related project assigned from time to time

Not only that, but you may also get to work with our managers and process consultants and deliver your fresh ideas to the management and the operations floor - we greatly appreciate your ideas too!

 

In handling the above projects, you would need to conduct extensive research (based on Skills future framework for relevant functional areas) and assist to carry out interviews/surveys with operational staff using Microsoft forms, if required.
