We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Admin Assistant (Contract) to join our team. As a Admin Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team and ensuring smooth operations of sales processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the accurate and timely processing of sales order, sales discount, sales return documentation to comply with regulatory requirements and company guidelines
- Manage and process orders
- Provide customer support for online orders via email, live chat and call-in
- Coordinate with logistics department to meet customer requirements
- Consolidate information on customer's requirements or feedback to the sales team
- Update inventory levels to customers and upload sales documents to customer ERP portal
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing Diploma / Bachelor of Business Administration
- Attention to detail and ability to work with numerical data
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint )
- Strong communication skill to ensure smooth processing of trade transactions
- Good attitude & ability to work independently and as part of a team
