We are seeking someone who is passionate about people and enthusiastic about delivering quality work to join our internship with the Human Resources (HR) Team. The HR Learning & Development team oversees the following:

  • Research and assist in preparation of training materials for Learning Calendar
  • Serve as Project Office for the following key learning initiatives
  • Front Office roadmaps
  • PMG Roadmaps
  • Country-Specific regulatory obligations (i.e. HK, MY)
  • Bank wide ESG
  • Drive program engagements through marketing campaigns (Sharepoint, EDMs, Course Brochures, Facebook, CSOD Communities, Quizzes and Trivias)
  • Support New Hire Orientation
  • Maintenance of CPD/CPT RPA and provision of adhoc reporting needs

Administrating and testing of mandatory E-learning

Job Description

Candidates are required to fulfill the mentioned duties, but not limited to the following learning areas:

Project Management (50%): 

Support the program managers in the front office learning initiatives Support New Hire orientation and program management Be part of L&T Ops team in setting up and managing learning administration in CSOD

Data Analytics (20%):
Provide reporting needs and adhoc request when required

 

Change Management & Process Improvement (10%):
CPD Reporting, and operations process improvement

 

Risk Management (10%):
Ensure operational risk and reputational risk is adhered to

 

Others (10%):
Drive program engagements through marketing campaigns (Sharepoint, EDMs, Course Brochures, Facebook, CSOD Communities, Quizzes and Trivias) Support New Hire Orientation

Internship Period: Jan to June 2023. Full time for 6 months.
