Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Daily audit on Company/Travel Agent profiles created by properties in accordance to BTHR Data Input Standards.
  • Clear Company/Travel Agent/Source/Group suspended profiles daily.
  • Timely and accurate loading of new/revised rates on Brand Website.
  • Keep close monitoring of availability in both the Banyan Tree and Angsana Website to ensure a timely closing and/or opening of inventory.
  • To keep up-to-date records of promotions and packages available on Brand Websites.
  • To regularly conduct backup’s process and ensure that OPMS/ORS/Brand Website interfaces are operational at all times.
  • To ensure all offers are accurately loaded on Brand website.
  • To ensure Brand Website bookings are successfully update in both OPMS/ORS.
  • To conduct online coaching and training to the properties Reservations Team Members
  • To undertake any other projects and/or tasks as assigned by Director, Sales & Marketing and/or Director, Global Reservations Operations.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Is knowledgeable on Opera Management System (OPMS)/Opera Reservations System or any other Reservations Systems
  • Is knowledgeable on SynXis will be an advantage
  • Possesses proficiency in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel & Powerpoint).
  • Possesses good communication skills both written and spoken.
  • Possesses strong customer service mindset.
  • Is professionally groomed and is neat in appearance.
  • Work location: Upper Bukit Timah Road / 5 days work-week
