Job Description
- Marketo: set up EDM, forms, landing page & nurturing stream, do testing for the automation.
- LinkedIn Campaign Management: set up LinkedIn campaign, follow up on biweekly basis by creating performance report
- Salesforce: compiling leads into template requested, uploading leads to SFDC
- Hootsuite (scheduling for organic posts on LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter), Qualtrics (setting up survey forms), Paid Search (extracting the data for report)
- Testing & preparing for webinar: get training and setting up webinar on Zoom
- Training on new platform: get training and working on sitecore for better performance on landing page
- Setting up the vendor: check for bank details as well as company info
- Checking quotation: amount, payment terms, tax, currency & make sure it's within budget
- Creating purchase order: to make sure it matches the quotation & finance rules
- Proceeding the invoice/ payment: bridge between finance team & vendor
- Preparing for quarterly closing/ accrual work: bridge between marketing & finance team
